Every year on June 5th United Nations celebrate the World Environment Day.
The main aim of the day is to make awareness among people about the seriousness of the environmental problems we are facing day to day and to give a human face to the environmental issues.
This year the host for this day is the Federative Republic of Brazil.

നമ്മുടെ പൂര്‍വികരുടെ വാക്കുകള്‍ കേട്ടിരുന്നു എങ്കില്‍ നമ്മുകിതോന്നും വേണ്ടി വരില്ലായിരുന്നു ..... അവര്‍ എന്ത് പറഞ്ഞു ഇതൊന്നു നോക്കൂ .... @ നരകത്തില്‍ പോകാതിരിക്കാന്‍ ഒരു സൂത്രം
ReplyDeleteപ്രീയപ്പെട്ട പുണ്യാള,
Deleteനന്ദി ബ്ലോഗില്‍ വന്നതിനും ലിങ്ക് പോസ്ടിയത്തിനും
പോസ്റ്റു കണ്ടു നന്നായി കുറിച്ചു,
പലപ്പോഴും നാം നമ്മുടെ പൂര്‍വ്വികരുടെ അല്ലെങ്കില്‍
തല മൂത്ത ആളുകളുടെ വാക്കുകള്‍ കേള്‍ക്കതിരിക്കയാണല്ലോ
പതിവ്, സത്യം തന്നെ, അതത്രേ നാം ഇന്നു നേരിടുന്ന പല
പ്രശ്നങ്ങള്‍ക്കും കാരണം.
എല്ലാവരും ഇനിയെങ്കിലും ചിന്തിച്ചു
കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ ഈ അവസാന നിമിഷത്തില്‍ എങ്കിലും
ക്രമപ്പെടുത്തിയില്ലെങ്കില്‍ പ്രശ്നം ഗുരുതരമാകും
നാം ഒരു നാശത്തിന്റെ വക്കിലേക്കാണ് നീങ്ങുന്നത്‌,
അതെ ഒരു മരം നട്ടു പിടിപ്പിക്കൂ, അത് കുറഞ്ഞ പക്ഷം നമ്മെയും
നമ്മുടെ വരും തലമുറയെ എങ്കിലും രക്ഷിക്കും.
ബ്ലോഗില്‍ വന്നതിനും നല്ല ചിന്തകള്‍ പങ്കു വെച്ചതിനും നന്ദി

Indeed a lovely collection of pics. I being an environment student want to write something for this day. Ur post is inspiring. I was out on a nature visit last three days and I guess it is trees I want to write about !

ഭാവി ഹരിതശോഭയുടേതാണെന്ന് ആശിക്കാം.ആശ്വസിക്കാം.

ഇവരെ നല്ല പാഠം പഠിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ പൊതുജനം എന്ന ക.... ഇനിയും എന്നാണോ
ബുദ്ധി കൈവരുന്നതെന്നറിയില്ല. ഏതായാലും അവിടവിടെ നടക്കുന്ന സംഭവങ്ങള്‍
പൊതുജനങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നല്ല ബുദ്ധി തിരിച്ചു കിട്ടി അല്ലെങ്കില്‍ കിട്ടുന്നു എന്ന് മനസ്സിലാക്കാന്‍
കഴിയുന്നു. അത് തന്നെ ഇവിടെ ആശക്ക്‌ വക നല്‍കുന്നു.
വീണ്ടും വന്നതിനും അഭിപ്രായം പറഞ്ഞതിനും
വളരെ സന്തോഷം.
