കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍റെ വിലയേറിയ രക്തത്താല്‍ വീണ്ടെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട വിശ്വാസികളുടെ കൂട്ടമായ ക്രൈസ്തവസഭ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു കേന്ദ്രഭരണത്തിന് നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന്‍ കീഴില്‍ മുന്നോട്ടു പോകേണ്ടതാണോ?
ഇന്ന്‌ ഏതാദൃശ കേന്ദ്രഭരണ സംവിധാനമുള്ള സഭകളാനധികവും. അത് വചനനുസരന്നമാണോ
അതോ വചനവിരുധ്ഹമോ ? നമ്മുടെ ആധികാരിക ഗ്രന്ഥമായ തിരുവചനം ഇതേപ്പറ്റി എന്തു പറയുന്നു ഈ നോളിലൂടെ എഴുത്തുകാരന്‍ തന്‍റെ ചിന്തകള്‍ പങ്കു വെക്കുന്നു.

കര്‍ത്താവിന്‍റെ വിലയേറിയ രക്തത്താല്‍ വീണ്ടെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട വിശ്വാസികളുടെ കൂട്ടമായ ക്രൈസ്തവസഭ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു കേന്ദ്രഭരണത്തിന് നിയന്ത്രണത്തിന്‍ കീഴില്‍ മുന്നോട്ടു പോകേണ്ടതാണോ?

ഇന്ന്‌ ഏതാദൃശ കേന്ദ്രഭരണ സംവിധാനമുള്ള സഭകളാനധികവും. അത് വചനനുസരന്നമാണോ
അതോ വചനവിരുധ്ഹമോ ? നമ്മുടെ ആധികാരിക ഗ്രന്ഥമായ തിരുവചനം ഇതേപ്പറ്റി എന്തു പറയുന്നു ? അതാണ് ഈ ലേഖനതിന്റെ ചിന്താവിഷയം. തിരുവചനത്തില്‍ ഉള്ളതുപോലെ വിശ്വസിക്കയും അനുസരിക്കുകയുമാണല്ലോ വിശ്വാസികളുടെ ചുമതല. അതിലാണല്ലോ അനുഗ്രഹം കുടികൊള്ളുന്നതും

അപ്പോസ്തലനായ പൗലോസ്‌ കൊരിന്തിലുള്ള വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്ക് എഴുതിയ തന്‍റെ ഒന്നാം ലേഖനത്തില്‍ മൂന്നാമ്ധ്യായത്തില്‍ ഈ വിഷയത്തെപ്പറ്റി വളരെ വ്യക്ക്തമായ ഭാഷയില്‍ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കൊരിന്തു സഭയിലെ വിശ്വാസികളുടെ ഇടയില്‍ ഭിന്നാഭിപ്രയങ്ങളും തന്മൂലം ഭിന്നതയും ഉണ്ടായി. വിശ്വാസികള്‍ ഓരോരുത്തരും വിവിധ പക്ഷക്കാരായി മാറി. ഈ വിവരം ക്ലോവയുടെ ആളുകള്‍ മുഖേന പൌലോസിനു അറിവുകിട്ടിയപ്പോള്‍ അവര്‍ക്കെഴുതിയ ലേഖനമാണ് കൊരിന്ത്യലേഖനം. കൊരിന്ത്യരില്‍ പലര്‍ അപ്പോസ്തോലന്മാരുടെയും, ചിലര്‍ ക്രിസ്തുവിന്റെയും പക്ഷക്കാരായിട്ടാണ് സംസാരിച്ചത് . എന്നാല്‍ അക്കാര്യത്തില്‍ അപ്പോസ്തോലന്മാരുടെ പ്രതികരണം എന്തായിരുന്നു? അപ്പോസ്തലന്മാര്‍ സുവിശേഷം പല സ്ഥലങ്ങളില്‍ അറിയിച്ചതിന്റെ ഫലമായി അവിടവിടെ പല സഭകള്‍ ഉണ്ടായി; സഭകളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിനും ഏകപക്ഷീയമായ നടത്തിപ്പിനും വേണ്ടി ഒരു ആസ്ഥാനകെന്ദ്രത്തെയോ, കേന്ദ്രാതികാരിയെയോ അവര്‍ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തോ? ഇല്ല, ഒരിക്കലുമില്ല.

എഫെസ്യലേഖനം 2:20 വായിക്കുക. "ക്രിസ്തുയെസുതന്നെ മൂലക്കല്ലായിരിക്കെ നിങ്ങളെ അപ്പോസ്തോലന്മാരും പ്രവാചകന്മാരും എന്നാ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിന്മേല്‍ പണിതിരിക്കുന്നു." ഗലാത്യര്‍ 1:6-9 നോക്കുക. 'ഞങ്ങള്‍ നിങ്ങളോട് അറിയിച്ച സുവിസേഷത്ത്തിനു വിപരീതമായി ഞാനാകട്ടെ സ്വര്‍ഗത്തില്‍ നിന്നും ഒരു ദൂതനാകട്ടെ അറിയിച്ചാല്‍ അവന്‍ ശപിക്കപ്പെട്ടവന്‍". ക്രിസ്തുയെസുമാത്രമാണ് മൂലക്കല്ലെന്നും, തിരുവചനാനുസരണം നടക്കുക മാത്രമാണ് അപ്പോസ്തലന്മാര്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പടെ സകലരുടെയും ചുമതലയെന്നും ഇവിടെ പൗലോസ്‌ വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്നു. അപ്പോസ്തലന്മാര്‍ പലയിടങ്ങളിലും സഭകള്‍ സ്ഥാപിച്ചെങ്കിലും മേല്‍ക്കോയ്മ നടത്താന്‍ ആഗ്രഹിച്ചില്ല. മറിച്ചു വിശ്വാസികള്‍ക്കാവശ്യമായ ദൂതുകള്‍ നേരിലും കത്തുകള്‍ മൂലവും അവരെ അറിയിക്കുക മാത്രമെ ചെയ്തുള്ളൂ

1981 ല്‍ മുംബയില്‍ നിന്നും പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരുന്ന സര്‍വ്വ് ദേശി മാസികയില്‍ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച കഥ.


സചിത്ര ലേഖനം തയാറാക്കി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കന്മെന്നാവശ്യപ്പെട്ടുള്ള പത്രാധിപരുടെ കത്തു കിട്ടിയിട്ട് ആഴ്ചകള്‍ പലതു കടന്നുപോയി. ഓഫീസിലെ തിരക്കേറിയ കൃത്യനിര്‍വഹനതിനിടയില്‍ പത്രധിപരല്ല കുലപത്നിയുടെ ആവലാതികല്‍ക്കുപോലും ചെവികൊടുക്കാതെ കുത്തിക്കുറിപ്പുമായി യന്ത്രം കണക്കെ മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുന്ന തിരക്കുപിടിച്ച ഒരു ജീവിതം.

എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു പരിപാടി ഫിക്സ് ചെയ്ത കാര്യാം, അയാള്‍ ഗയിട്ടു കടന്നു വരുന്നതു കണ്ടപ്പോഴാണ് ഓര്‍മയില്‍ വന്നത്
വേഗത്തില്‍ തയാറായി പടം പിടിക്കാന്‍ ത്രിവേണി സംഗമത്തിലേക്കു പോകുവാന്‍ പടികളിങ്ങുംപോഴാണ് കാക്കിയുടെ നിഴല്‍ ഗയിട്ടില്‍ പതിഞ്ഞത്
കാക്കി നല്‍കിയ'കമ്പി' കീറി നോക്കി
കണ്ണുകളെ വിശ്വസിക്കാന്‍ കഴിഞില്ല. സന്തോഷം കൊണ്ട് അറിയാതെ തുള്ളിപ്പോയി. എന്‍റെ ആനന്ദതുള്ളല്‍ കണ്ട് പരിഭ്രാന്തരായ സുഹൃത്തും കാക്കിയും പരസ്പ്പരം നോക്കി.
'എടോ സഹോദര' ഇതാ നോക്കു എന്‍റെ രജനിയുടെ മറവില്‍ എന്ന നോവല്‍ ഈ വര്‍ഷത്തെ സാഹിത്യ അക്കാദമി അവാര്‍ഡ് അടിച്ചെടുത്തു. ടൌണ്‍ ഹാളില്‍ വച്ച് നടക്കുന്ന അവാര്‍ഡുദാന ചടങ്ങില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കാനുള്ള സ്ക്ഷനക്കുരിപ്പ് ആണീ ക്കുറിപ്പ്‌.

തന്നെക്കലാധികം സന്തോഷത്താല്‍ തുള്ളിയ സുഹൃത്ത് സന്തോഷവാര്‍തയുംകൊന്ടെതിയ കാക്കിക്ക് ഒരു കൈമടക്കു കൊടുത്തുവിട്ടു. അഭിനന്നങ്ങേലാല്‍ എന്നെ വീര്‍പ്പുമുട്ടിച്ചു

ഏതായാലും ഇറങ്ങിയതല്ലേ കുറെ പടമെടുത്തിട്ട് മടങ്ങിവരാം എന്നു കരുതി സുഹൃത്തിന്‍റെ മോട്ടോര്ബൈക്കില്‍ ത്രിവേണിയിലേക്ക് തിരിച്ചു.

യാത്രാമധ്യേ പെട്ടെന്നായിരുന്നു സുഹൃത്തിന്‍റെ ചോദ്യം
എടോ സഹോദരാ, തന്‍റെ നോവലിന്‍റെ ഉള്ളടക്കം എന്താണ്? ആരുടെ കഥയാണത്? അതെഴുതനുണ്ടായ സാഹചര്യം എന്താണ്?

തോമഷിന്റെ ചോദ്യസര്ങ്ങള്‍, വിസ്ത്രുതമെങ്കിലും കെട്ടുപിണഞ്ഞു കിടന്നിരുന്ന എന്റെ ഭുതാകാലജീവിതത്തിലെക്കെന്നെ
വലിച്ചിഴച്ചു.

'ഒരു വിധത്തില്‍ പറഞ്ഞാല്‍ അതെന്റെതന്നെ കുടുംബത്തിന്‍റെ കഥയത്രേ!' ഞാന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.

വിവാഹത്തിനുസേഴമുള്ള എന്‍റെ വിചിത്ര ജീവിതം കടലാസുകളില്‍ എഴുതിപ്പിടിപ്പിച്ചായിരുന്നു അസ്വസ്തമാനസ്സിനോരസ്വാസം
കണ്ടെത്തിയിരുന്നത്.

ലോകപ്രസസ്ഥനായ 'സോക്രടീസിന്‍റെ' വഴക്കാളി ഭാര്യയായിരുന്ന സാന്‍ തെഷിയെ വെല്ലുന്ന തരം സ്വഭാവവിസേഷതയുള്ള
ഒരു സ്ത്രിരത്നത്തെപ്പറ്റി ചിന്തിക്കുകകൂടി പ്രയാസം തോന്നുമായിരിക്കാം അല്ലെ? വേണ്ട അത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ഒരുവളാണ് എന്‍റെ ഭാര്യ.
'പാവം സോക്രടീസ്'.

സകലതും ക്ഷമയോടെ സഹിച്ചു. അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ ക്ഷമയുടെ ഫലം എത്രയോ എടുത്തു പറയാത്തക്കതായിരുന്നു.

ഇരുപതു വര്‍ഷക്കലതിനിടക്ക് ഞാനും പലപ്പോഴും മഹാനായ അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ ക്ഷമയെക്കുരിച്ച്ചോര്‍ത്തു ശാന്തനാകുകയും അദ്ദേഹത്തെ അനുകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.

ആ നോവലിലെ മാത്യൂസ്‌ എന്ന കഥാപാത്രം ഞാനും രമണി എന്ന കഥാപാത്രം എന്‍റെ പത്നി രജനിയും ആണ്.
അതായതു ഇരുപതു വര്‍ഷത്തിനിടയിലുണ്ടായ സംഭവബഹുലമായ കൊളിലക്കങ്ങുളുടെയും ഇടിമുഴക്കത്തിന്റെയും
തോരാമാരിയുടെയും മദ്ധ്യേ ശാന്തത കൈവരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുള്ള
ഒരു ജീവിത കഥ. അതാണ് 'രജനിയുടെ മറവില്‍'. അതില്‍ നിങ്ങളെയും ഒരു കഥാപാത്രമായി ഞാന്‍ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്

മോട്ടോര്‍ ബൈക്കിനെ ലക്ഷ്യത്തിലേക്ക് സുഹൃത്ത്‌ നയിച്ചുകൊന്ടെയിരുന്നു. ചിന്തകള്‍ കാടുകയരുവാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി

ഒരു വിധത്തില്‍ തനിക്കു ഇത്തരത്തില്‍ ഒരു ഭാര്യ ഇല്ലായിരുന്നെങ്കില്‍ തീര്‍ച്ചയായും ഇതുപോലൊരു പുസ്തകം എഴുതുവാനും അവാര്ടിനര്‍ഹാനകുവാനും കഴിയില്ലായിരുന്നു.

അതോര്‍ത്തപ്പോള്‍ മനസിന്റെയുള്ളില്‍ സന്തോഷം പതഞ്ഞു പൊങ്ങി.
